KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUMA KANUNU UYARINCA
1. Veri Sorumlusunun Kimliği
SKY SİNERJİK İNOVASYON AR.GE. TASARIM DANIŞMANLIK SAN. TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. www.mettascape.com olarak ürün ve hizmetlerimizi en iyi şekilde sunabilmek bizim için çok önemli. Bu nedenle veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla elde ettiğimiz kişisel verilerinize ilişkin olarak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("Kanun") kapsamında sizleri bilgilendirmek istiyoruz.
2. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesi ve İşleme Amaçları
Kişisel verileriniz, SKY SİNERJİK İNOVASYON AR.GE. TASARIM DANIŞMANLIK SAN. TİC. LTD.ŞTİ. tarafından sunulan ürün, hizmet ya da ticari faaliyete ilişkin olarak değişiklik gösterebilmekle birlikte, firmamız tarafından ürün ve hizmetlerin en iyi şekilde sunulabilmesini sağlamak maksadıyla işlenmektedir.
SKY SİNERJİK İNOVASYON AR.GE. TASARIM DANIŞMANLIK SAN. TİC. LTD.ŞTİ. olarak, kimlik ve iletişim bilgileriniz, işlem güvenliği veriniz, alışverişinize ilişkin ödeme verileriniz, görsel verileriniz ve işitsel verileriniz gibi genel veya iletmeniz halinde özel nitelikli kişisel verileriniz; Kişisel verileriniz İdare Başkanlığımız tarafından; başvuru formları, web siteleri üyelik ve iletişim formları, web siteleri e-bülten kayıt formları, çerezler, iş başvuru formları gibi kanallarla işlenebilmektedir.
Kişisel Verilerin Toplanma Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi
Kişisel verileriniz 6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun 5. ve 6. Maddelerinde ifade edilen;
• İlgili kişinin açık rızasının alınması zorunlu hallerde açık rızasına,
• Kanunlarda açıkça öngörülmesi,
• Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması kaydıyla, sözleşmenin taraflarına ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması.
• Veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması.
• Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması.
• İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması vb. durumlarına ve Cumhurbaşkanlığı’nın 4 Sayılı Kararnamesi’nin 234. Maddesinin (t) fıkrası ile verilen görev ve yetkiye istinaden;
Kişisel Verilere Erişim ve KVKK Kapsamında Haklarınız
KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca SKY SİNERJİK İNOVASYON AR.GE. TASARIM DANIŞMANLIK SAN. TİC. LTD.ŞTİ.’ ne başvurarak; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, amaç, süre ve meşruiyet prensipleri dahilinde değerlendirilmek üzere kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması halinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, işlenen kişisel verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi durumunda aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkması halinde bu sonuca itiraz etme, kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi ve bu sebeple zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Kanun kapsamında, kişisel verilerinizle ilgili başvurularınızı www.mettascape.com adresinde yer alan iletişim formunu doldurup
• Şirket merkezine şahsen başvuru formu ile; veya
• Şirket’in kayıtlı elektronik posta adresine info@mettascape.com adresine; veya
• Kimlik teyidinizin yapılması sağlanarak, KVK Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuatta belirtilen diğer usuller ile tarafımıza iletebilirsiniz
Şirket, Kanun’un 13. maddesine uygun olarak, başvuru taleplerini, talebin niteliğine göre ve en geç 30 (otuz) gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandıracaktır. Talebin reddedilmesi halinde, ret nedeni/nedenleri yazılı olarak veya elektronik ortamda gerekçelendirilir. İşlemin maliyet gerektirmesi halinde, KVK Kurulu tarafından belirlenen tarife uygulanacaktır.

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, the Company will finalize the application requests free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
